The Royal New Zealand Police College (RNZPC) Auckland Campus is located at Massey University's Ōtehā campus in Auckland.

If you are based in Auckland or Northland, you will be asked to fill in a form expressing your interest in attending the Auckland wing.
Yes, you can return home after your training concludes each day. This is ideal for those with family commitments. You will need to manage your study effectively to balance both training and other commitments.
Yes. The Auckland wing delivers the same curriculum and standards as the Royal New Zealand Police College in Porirua. Some training components will be delivered offsite and will be communicated to you once you have been selected for the Auckland wing.
If you are based in Auckland, Northland or you’re open to relocating, you’re eligible to train at the Auckland Campus.
While Police aim to accommodate preferences, final placement may depend on operational needs. This will be discussed with you during the recruitment process.
This opportunity is also open to those whose personal circumstances mean that training in Porirua wouldn't be possible, like applicants who have family support in Auckland. If you are in this situation please discuss with your Selection Specialist.
The Auckland wing beginning 8 February 2027 will be a wing of 40 recruits.
There are fewer spaces on Auckland based wings. The sooner you apply the more likely you are to secure a spot.
