Praise

If you're pleased with the service you have received from us, we welcome praise and compliments about individual members of our Constabulary Recruitment team.  The information you provide helps us recognise and share examples of good practice to improve our service. We will pass your comments on to the team member and their supervisor. If you would like to thank a team member who has helped you, but you don't know their name, give us as much detail as you can and we’ll do our best to pass your feedback on to them.

Complain

The Constabulary Recruitment team aim to provide excellent service always, but if something doesn't go well we want you to tell us. This will help improve the quality of service we provide and the conduct of individual team members. You should complain if you believe:

• We have done something wrong.
• You were not treated fairly by Recruitment staff.
• You are dissatisfied with the service you received.

If you're unhappy with the service you received from us, would like an explanation and your concerns followed up, you can submit your expression of dissatisfaction online.  Your comments will be forwarded to the Manager in charge who will work with you to address your concerns.
